I find your software to be very user friendly. As I am an Office Manager for 2 different practices, (Internal Medicine and Psychiatry), I find that your program easily goes from one field to another and from one practice to another. Your layout is easily understood and easy to teach to new employees. The simplicity of using your different fields makes it easy to enter charges, patient payments, and insurance payments. At the end of the day when we do electronic claims as well as our deposit slips and daily journals, they are easily understood and the close of day is not quite as complicated as it could be.
The smartest thing our office did was to go with your company when it was just starting up. Thank you for your guidance and your patience with a person who is not as computer literate as you young people are. You guys have worked really hard to make a great product."
